Doors open on Sunday February 18th at 7:00PM.  The event ends at 3:00AM on Monday morning.  Ticket holders can enter the event until 1:00AM.

FREQUENCY is an 18+ event with a site wide alcohol license. All patrons entering the event will need to provide valid government issued photo identification.

All government issued photo identification presented must be valid – not expired! The following forms will be accepted for entry into FREQUENCY:

• Alberta Operator’s License (Driver’s License)
• Out of province Photo Operator’s Licence
• Alberta Identification Card (Non-driver’s photo identification)

• Armed Forces Identification Card
• Permanent Resident Card

The following forms of identification are NOT VALID for entry into FREQUENCY:

As long as you are holding a valid ticket that has not yet been scanned, you may enter until an 1AM.

General Admission (GA): Provides access to the event and all of its entertainment, including music acts and immersive experiences.

VIP Tickets: Offers an enhanced experience with exclusive perks like premium viewing areas, private bars, and expedited entry.

Parking at the Big Four Roadhouse is convenient and plentiful . The venue provides ample on-site parking facilities to accommodate visitors attending various events, making it hassle-free to find a parking spot. 

Each parking ticket is valid for 24 hours. 

YES! There will be a coat-check / bag check service as you enter the event for both GA and VIP guests.  Check the festival map (coming soon) to familiarize yourself with the location.

Please keep in mind that coat-check capacity may be limited.  Early arrival is recommended if you intend on using this service.  

Re-entry is not allowed at FREQUENCY to ensure the safety and security of all attendees. This policy helps event organizers maintain control over access to the venue and ensures that everyone inside can enjoy the event without disruption. It also helps maintain the integrity of ticketing and security procedures, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants. Uber & Taxis: Uber and taxis are readily available nearby. However, be aware of potential surge fares due to high demand. Additionally, expect longer wait times as many attendees will be leaving simultaneously after the event.

Regardless of your choice, please plan accordingly. Leaving extra time for transportation is wise, especially if you’ve used coat check. We want your FREQUENCY experience to end smoothly, so take precautions for a safe and convenient departure.
